Offers to purchase

• Offers to purchase must be submitted by email to info@120BallantyneS.com.
• Please include name(s) and contact information of buyer(s) along with all the terms of the offer.

Warranty and Other Terms

• The SELLER does not give a legal warranty of quality to the buyer, the latter not however renouncing the legal warranties given by the previous owners and received by the SELLER when he acquired the immovable, which are hereby assigned to the BUYER.
• The fireplaces and chimneys are sold AS IS without any warranty with respect to their compliance with applicable regulations and insurance company requirements.
• The buyer must assume the rental contract of the water heater (12$ / month, ends 2025-09-14).

Inclusions

Refrigerator (GE Profile), double oven (Bosch), dishwasher (Kitchenaid), microwave/kitchen hood, garage door remote, blinds as installed, shelving (garage, laundry room and basement office), light fixtures, patio table and chairs, fridge in laundry room, washer and dryer, the all AS IS WHERE IS.
